Monograph on Transferability

The monograph on transferability will analyse whether the approach proposed in the project can be applied to other sectors.

It will consider

• whether and how the specific protocols and tools proposed by the project can be applied to other sectors of healthcare-traineeships
• whether, more broadly, the system of institutional and programme pre-audits, followed by ex-post evaluation can be applied to other sectors outside healthcare to improve quality and quantity of placements.
• potential approaches to increase the uptake (in terms of participating countries and institutions) of the protocols within the sector (nursing) for which they was designed
• approaches to have the protocols incorporated as a standard in participating countries
