HEALINT 2nd Design Workshop
The HEALINT Consortium held its 2nd Design Workshop at Middlesex University in London, UK, on September 12, 2018, following the 3rd Consortium Meeting on the previous day.
Representatives from most partners of the consortium analysed thoroughly the Healint Protocol with the quality requirements for traineeship host organizations that resulted from intellectual output 1 and discussed lively the best approaches for intellectual ouput 2, which will assure the credibility of the audits performed using the Healint Protocol as a basis.
The researchers also reached consensus regarding the possibility to submit the HEALINT Protocol as a new work item to CEN, the European Committee for Standardization for possible further development and adoption as a CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA).
The HEALINT Research Team will continue to work remotely until the next face2face meeting planned to take place in April 2019 in Pori, Finland.
HEALINT 3rd Consortium Meeting
The HEALINT Consortium met face2face for the 3rd time in London, UK on September 11, 2018, with Middlesex University as the host-partner this time.
Representatives of most partners attended this meeting, where an overview of work being done and the recommendations of the EC Evaluators regarding the first year, were discussed in depth. Visions from different partners were aligned and next steps for future work (re)planned and/or (re)confirmed.
The HEALINT Research Team felt very happy with the progress achieved so far and celebrated during a consortium dinner at the nearby The Claddagh Ring famous Pub, where they continued to bound and discuss the project outputs in high spirits around great food.
HEALINT presented at the FINE Conference in Malta
The HEALINT project was presented at the FINE Conference in Malta, on February 21, 2018.
The presentation was done by Chloe Higgins from the University of Nottingham and addressed the main challenges and aims of the project.
HEALINT 1st Design Workshop
The 1st HEALINT Design Workshop took place in St. Julians, Malta, on February 20, 2018.
In this workshop the HEALINT researchers analysed a briefing paper comparing a set of collected standards, discussed design challenges in terms of content and format, identified a first set of dimensions to be addressed and reach consensus on the design specifications for the Protocol.
HEALINT 2nd Consortium Meeting
The 2nd Transnational HEALINT meeting took place in St. Julians, Malta, on February 19, 2018. Researchers from Malta, Spain, Finland, Poland and the United Kingdom partipated in the meeting, in representation of the Knowledge Innovation Centre, University of Alicante, Clinica Vistahermosa, Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, State Higher Vocational School in Tarnow, Middlesex University and the University of Nottingham.
